Returns and exchanges are accepted for items up to 30 days after the buyer receives them under the following conditions:
1. Refunds will be given only for "Not as Described" items including unmentioned true defects or error on my part. The buyer must contact us via Ebay within 4 days of receiving the item and before returning the item.
2. The buyer must pay any return shipping costs including tracking on the item. No refunds will be given without a tracking number. If free shipping was offered on an item, the buyer must pay the original and return shipping costs. If item is "NOT AS DESCRIBED" you will receive a refund on your entire purchase including reasonable return shipping cost (please ask before purchasing shipping for least expensive way to return).
3. Items must be in the condition they were purchased in (clean and free of stains). New items must have all tags still attached.
4. The refund for Not As Described will be granted as soon as we receive the item back.
SORRY, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNLESS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET.
In the event the item is "Not As Described" we will repay the return postage and tracking. We are dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction and will provide you with 5 gold star service!
