Barometric pressure, relative humidity, and ambient temperature can make some tests results inaccurate by up to 13.2 percentage points.   The Smoke Check 1667 automatically measures these variables and does these computations so no user involvement or computer is necessary.

Use the same meter as the government does.
Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York and Pennsylvania are using the Smoke Check 1667 for their government diesel emissions testing program.  Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, and the Ontario Ministry of the Environment (Canada) use the Smoke Check 1667 for their random roadside testing program.  Vermont uses it for their voluntary diesel emissions testing program.  Please note that state governments do not endorse smokemeters.

Return Policies
