General informationThe microprocessor-based contactless ignition system 1135.3734 and the ignition coil 135.3705M are designed to operate in the electrical system of 2-cylinder carburetor engines of Ural and Dnipro motorcycles of all modifications with 6 and 12-volt generators, instead of serial contact (PM302 chopper) and contactless ignition systems (sensor 17.3847, switch 47.3734). This kit includes high-voltage wires with distributed resistance, which allows you to get the maximum positive effect from the use of our microprocessor-based contactless ignition system on a motorcycle.

The microprocessor-based contactless ignition system 1135.3734 (MICROPROCESSOR-BASED CONTACTLESS IGNITION SYSTEM) is an electronic switchboard with a microprocessor-controlled ignition timing and is designed to operate in the electrical system of 2-cylinder carburetor engines of the Ural and Dnepr, K-750 motorcycles instead of the serial contact ones (PM302 chopper) contactless (sensor 17.3847, switch 47.3734), inductive contactless ignition systems CONTACTLESS IGNITION SYSTEM 135.3734.
The microprocessor-based contactless system is designed to improve the technical characteristics of a motorcycle due to:
• increase engine power at low speeds;
• reduction in fuel consumption;
• improved cold start;
• stability of the engine due to a decrease in the asynchrony of spark formation and optimization of the ignition timing depending on the engine speed;
• reduction of toxicity of exhaust gases, fuel consumption and soot on candles due to an increase in the inductive phase of the spark;
• sustainable engine starting when the battery voltage decreases;
• reducing the complexity of installation and maintenance of the ignition system;
• limiting the magnitude of the current and the time it flows through the primary winding of the ignition coil to prevent it from overheating and discharging the battery.
The best spark discharge parameters are provided with coils 135.3705, 1135.3705, 135.3705М, however, the module is operable with any other motorcycle ignition coils (4412.3705, 406.3705, 3012.3705, 3022.3705).
The electronic regulation of the moment of sparking used in the IPBSP ensures stable operation of the system in all normal operating modes of the motorcycle robot.
Specifications

• Current consumption when the ignition switch is turned on and the engine is idle does not exceed 0.15 A.
• MPBSS provides uninterrupted sparking when the voltage in the electrical system changes from 6V to 16 V, while the voltage on the spark plugs does not change and reaches 17 kV.
