    Overall it is in good used condition. Cosmetically it does have signs of wear and imperfections throughout. The soft grip handle shows wear, scratches and fading in the plastic. There is surface scratches and signs of use in the chrome finish, but no major damage to finish.
    The flex head 'ball lock' still holds the drive head in the various positions. 1/4" drive is in good condition with clean edges. It ratchets in both directions by hand without any noted performance issues.
