    Items are retail returns, meaning each device was returned by the customer less than 2 weeks of ownership. In most cases we find that customers return their tech purchases due to buyer's remorse. They have been reset to its original factory settings and are in Grade B condition. Product will show signs of use and is in overall good cosmetic condition but may include noticeable blemishes that do not affect performance. Product will include power cord or power adapter (not always OEM) and will turn on when charged. Product screen is in Good condition. May be missing owner's manual. Will come with original box.     We understand that sometimes things happen. It is our hope that all of our products make it to each customer and work as longs as possible, but errors do happen. We test out each product one at a time, by hand, to see if the item works and is good for resale. But we are human (most days). Sometimes while we test an item, we make a mistake and miss an issue.
    In the event that an Item is malfunctioning upon receiving, or has an issue that pops up shortly after, we allow returns of the product up to 30 days from delivery conformation. We will send out a full refund once the item has been confirmed to have arrived back at our facility.
