note:
1. This controller can only control the 12V standard 4-wire PWM fan, and control the fan speed through the PWM signal. The actual speed of the fan is affected by the design of the fan. Can't adjust the speed of 2-3 wire ordinary fan.
2. This controller participates in power control, and the circuit cannot be connected to the reverse polarity! If the connection is reversed, the circuit board safety bit "F" position may be burnt
Basic parameters:
Working voltage: DC 12V (board working range DC 9.5-15V)
Control fan current: no more than 1.2A (larger current fan can be controlled by external relay)
Circuit self-consumption: no more than 20mA
PWM signal mode: 25KHZ Vpp=5V
Temperature probe model: 50K B=3950
Circuit operating temperature: -10℃ to 60℃
Probe temperature resistance: small blackhead 120℃, ring probe 110℃
Board size: 36mm*13mm*9mm (without interface), the fan interface extends 7mm
Factory default settings: basic speed control output Po=20%, acceleration temperature Tu=30°C, temperature control interval Td=5°C (35°C full speed), Tu-2°C (28°C) to turn off the fan, signal forward mode.
note:
1. The fan current should not exceed 1.2A
2. The controller does not participate in speed measurement
Signal mode setting instructions:
Forward mode: used for conventional fans, PWM positive changes, full output value is 100
Reverse mode: used for conventional reverse timing fan, PWM reverse change, full output is 0
Reverse 80% mode: for special reverse timing fans, reverse change, full output is 20
Board working voltage range: DC9.5-15V
Abnormal status indication:
No output "1" light flashes quickly: power supply voltage is too low
No output "3" light flashes quickly: power supply voltage is too high
