This is a craftsman pre-owned 1/4" drive ratchet.  This may have nicks, scratches or other signs of wear.

Returns will be refunded less our shipping costs.  If you purchase an item with free shipping and our costs to ship it to you are .33, your refund will be $purchase price - .33.
